Cancellation Policy:

** Reservations can be cancelled 24 hours prior to guest arrival for rooms. For any cancellations received later than mentioned dates, Company will be charged one night room rate (Including VAT).

** To cancel or change or shorten stay date period within release/cancellation period due to the Force Majeure reasons; legitimate reason must be proven, on the day

of the cancellation notification, via relevant official institution's approved document. Otherwise, the relevant no-show penalty conditions will be applied.
