Cancellation Policy

For “Special Room Types” (including Presidential Villa), 30% of the total booking amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

For early booking reservations, the release period is 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made after this period may incur a charge of a minimum 3 nights as a no-show fee.
