- 31 May - 13 June 2024 & 15 September - 30 September 2024: 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date otherwise the cancellation charge is equal to 50% of the entire stay.
- 14 June – 14 September 2024: 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date otherwise the cancellation charge is equal to 100% of the entire stay.
No-show Policy: In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged and invoiced to the agency.
Early Departure Policy: Guests departing earlier than their expected check out date will be charged for 100% of their confirmed stay
