The rest of payment must be made before cancellation period. For reservation made at the EB period, EB payment rules are applied.
NO-SHOW Policy: * All changes/cancellations before Cancellation period are free, without penalties. * During the Cancellation period 50% of total accommodation amount will be charged as NO-SHOW * After check-in full NO-SHOW as 100% of total amount will be charged as penalty. Force Major: Only officially approved documents will be accepted for evaluation by hotel as Force major conditions.
