Cancellations and Penalty Conditions (Compensation for Failure to Fill): In case of cancellation of Hill Villa 4 Bedrooms and Presidential Hill Villa reservations made for Agency Maxx Royal Bodrum Resort up to 30 days before the check-in date, a penalty of 30% of the total accommodation fee will be applied. For cancellations made 29 days before the check-in date, the "Hotel" imposes a penalty on the "Agency" for the entire accommodation fee and issues an invoice accordingly.
For cancellations made within the option period specified in the price tables for Hill Villa 2 Bedrooms and Hill Villa 3 Bedrooms, the reservation will be made to the Hotel Agency based on the person or room rate, 7 nights for stays of 14 nights or more, 5 nights for stays between 7 - 13 nights, 4 - For stays of 6 nights, a penalty of 3 nights is imposed.
In case of reservation cancellations made on the day of arrival, the Hotel will apply a penalty to the Agency for the entire stay based on the reservation person and room price.
